A brand new top floor one bed apartment in an up-market resort in the small town of Saint Vlas. The apartment is 5 kilometres from the famous Sunny Beach resort which has a beautiful 8km stretch of sand. Saint Vlas has an altogether more laid back and traditional atmosphere. This location gives you the best of all worlds, close to the nightlife and excitement of Sunny Beach yet located in a quieter town within an upmarket resort with numerous pools, restaurants, a gym, a masseur (great value and very good!). The apartment sleeps four adults with one twin/double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The sunny south-west facing balcony affords sea views to the Unesco listed ancient village of Nessabar across the bay. The resort enjoys a private beach with jet-ski’s and windsurfers available for hire, with or without instruction, as well as a newly constructed marina.
