Booking Information

Bookings

Bookings are taken over the telephone on the numbers above or make a provisional booking by e-mail. Provisional bookings are held for 7 working days, time to post a cheque and for it to clear. If a cheque is not received within four days of a provisional booking being made then that period of availability comes back onto the market.

Deposits

A deposit of 25% of the rental value is required to cover any loss or damage to properties or contents.

Handovers

Handovers can be on any day of the week and someone will generally meet your party and show you around on arrival. Instructions will be e-mailed or posted covering details of turning services on and off, local attractions, laundry, gas and firewood (where applicable) etc.

Refunds

Cancellations before 8 weeks of a holiday date a 50% refund or a full credit on another location/date. Within 8 weeks of a booking no refunds are available but you can swap booking dates and holiday location subject to certain conditions.
