List your holiday property for a year - just £40! We offer you two options when advertising with us:
Annual Fee Option
Clients will make bookings through Bellevacance, details of which will be forwarded to you. All money will be sent direct to you. List your property with Bellevacance by entering the details below including up to 7 photos. Click on "send" when you are happy and then post a cheque for £40, made payable to "Bellevacance". Your property will be made live within 7 days of receipt. The proprietors of Bellevacance reserve the right to edit all information submitted without notification to the property owner, although this will probably be simple corrections of grammatical and spelling errors should we spot any! No liability for any claims, omissions or cancellations is implied or accepted by Bellevacance and its proprietors.
Don't forget to let us know unavailable dates when bookings are made so we can change the availability on the calendar.
Commission Based Option
Enter your property details below including up to 7 photos. Clients will make bookings through Bellevacance, details of which will be forwarded to you. All money will be sent direct to you. Bellevacance will invoice clients monthly at a rate of 10% of the booking value.
